3. How can i know your product is high quality?
A: The most 3 parts of Led lights are Led power supply, Led chip and led housing.
For the driver, we cooperated with top brand such as Meanwell driver, Inventronics, Sosen And other domestic top brand drivers. Second, We all adopt top brand Led chip, such as Cree, Lumileds, Osram, Nichia, bridgelux, etc.
Third, all of our lamp housing is pure aluminum with 6063 or 1060 fin like radiator, which all has Good heat thermal management, we know, the market has some recycle aluminum with poor heat dissipation.
4: How do you control the quality?
A: Our QC will inspection strictly for the raw material, during production, our worker will check too, after finished, every lamps will be taking aging test at least 24 hours to ensure he stable quality. If all is good on aging test, then the lamp will work smoothly in the following years.
Lastly, our QC will test every lamp before package. Test the watts, color temperate, current, and some waterproof testing. To make sure all is good when customer receive goods. Any 3Rd Party Inspection Is Welcome Too
5 How long is your product guarantee?
A: We usually give 3-5-7 years based on client requests.
4. How long lifespan is your product?
A: Our product lifespan is more than 50.000 hours, that means if the lamp work 10 hours one day, our lamp can work more than 10 years.
5. How about the lamp attenuation?
A: The attenuation is about 1% after working 3000 hours.
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
