4: How do you control the quality?
A: Our QC will inspection strictly for the raw material, during production, our worker will check too, after finished, every lamps will be taking aging test at least 24 hours to ensure he stable quality. If all is good on aging test, then the lamp will work smoothly in the following years.
Lastly, our QC will test every lamp before package. Test the watts, color temperate, current, and some waterproof testing. To make sure all is good when customer receive goods. Any 3Rd Party Inspection Is Welcome Too
5 How long is your product guarantee?
A: We usually give 3-5-7 years based on client requests.
4. How long lifespan is your product?
A: Our product lifespan is more than 50.000 hours, that means if the lamp work 10 hours one day, our lamp can work more than 10 years.
5. How about the lamp attenuation?
A: The attenuation is about 1% after working 3000 hours.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
